5 STARS. I ordered a dozen red roses for my wife for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. This year it was the day after Mothers Day. I went with Westdale Florist due to previous positive experiences and always getting exceptional quality. A little disappointed the delivery was missed. Understandable given Mothers Day is likely the busiest of the year for them. No one is perfect. This mistake was quickly corrected the next day with excellent customer service and a few extra roses. My wife loved them, understood completely and the roses were amazing. Definitely will use Westdale again without hesitation because of the excellent customer service and quality of the flowers!
