Initially we were disappointed with the arrangement as it was overloaded with a lily that recipient doesn't like. It had not appeared as one of the listed blooms on the website.
However, after calling Westdale to let them know, they immediately offered to replace the flowers, which they did by the next day. They were very kind and helpful. Note to the wise - if there are certain flowers you don't like, be sure to note when ordering and the florist will make sure not to include.
