POOR. Flowers were delivered but they weren’t the flowers I ordered. I ordered YELLOW orchids! Our colour scheme was centred around that colour. It is unfortunate that nobody called or emailed that you perhaps didn’t have the yellow at which time I would have chosen a different arrangement. I accepted the flowers because I had no choice, the ceremony was the next morning , very disappointed! Chris
